Marc is a Professor of Marketing and E-Commerce, specializing in growth strategies and mastering the Amazon ecosystem. With 16 years of leadership experience at Amazon Germany and as the founder of a successful Amazon Marketplace startup, Marc brings unparalleled expertise in navigating and succeeding on the platform. His academic work enriches his practical insights, integrating hands-on experience with theoretical frameworks.

Nikolas Kelaiditis
Nikolas is a tenured e-commerce and tech leader with an extensive background in strategy consulting. During his 7+ years at Amazon, he held senior leadership roles in both 1P (Vendor) and 3P (Marketplace) divisions, lastly as Head of Amazon Business Retail Europe. Previously, he had founded and sold an Amazon Marketplace business. As a consultant, he has advised a broad range of companies, from startups to global players in eCommerce, Retail and Tech.
