Nikolas Kelaiditis
Nikolas Kelaiditis is an experienced executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in e-commerce, technology, and retail. As Head of Amazon Business Retail Europe and VP Growth at tech unicorn OneFootball, Nikolas held comprehensive P&L responsibility and was in charge of large international organizations. As a consultant, he has led go-to-market strategies and complex growth and transformation projects for some of the largest companies in their respective market segments.

Nikolas was a certified Bar Raiser and Bar Raiser Trainer at Amazon, where he conducted over 300 interviews for leadership positions across various business units and trained new Bar Raisers. With this recruiting expertise, he supports companies not only in strategic and operational tasks but also in optimizing organizational processes, identifying internal talent, and recruiting external specialists. Fluent in six languages and with extensive cross-cultural leadership experience, Nikolas brings a global perspective to every challenge.
